Return policy:

If you do not like the products you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept new, unworn and unwashed items with a label. If the products contain special product packaging, please return them in their original packaging. The package must be dropped off at a drop-off point no later than the 14th day for us to consider your return.

As soon as we have received your return, we will credit you the corresponding amount within 14 days at the latest. For this purpose, we will use the form of payment you originally used.

Please note that you send your parcel to this address and not to the address given in the imprint. We recommend that you send your package insured so that your return is protected in case of loss or damage. In addition, you can check when we received your return. We are not responsible for lost returns or damage.

As we are a small company, we cannot cover the cost of returns. This is the only way we can ensure that we offer our products at fair prices without having to include the potential cost of returns.

Exchange:

If our products are too small or large for your child, you can exchange them. Please note that we can only exchange items if they are unworn, unwashed and labelled. If our products were a gift from friends or family to you, please note that we will need the original invoice in addition to the products so that we can correctly allocate the order.

If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at hello@eve-olive.com with your name, order number and the product you would like to exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will reimburse you for the shipping costs of the new product that we send to you.
