What payment options do you offer?
We offer the following payment options: Credit card, Paypal, Klarna, ApplePay, GooglePay. We will also be offering a gift voucher in the near future.
How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are €3.40 for your order. We offer free shipping for orders over €99. You can see the shipping costs for other countries here.
How are your products shipped?
We ship our products climate neutral with DHL gogreen. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us with your shipping information and shipment tracking. You can use this to find out exactly when your package will arrive. We also send smaller orders by Maxibrief.
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping of our products usually takes 2-4 working days. If a product is sold out or has a longer delivery time, you can see this on the product page of the item.
My address is wrong, I made a mistake. What now?
If you have made a mistake or entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my parcel could not be delivered?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will be informed by our shipping service provider DHL by e-mail. If your parcel is taken to a branch near you, you will also be informed by e-mail. If the parcel is automatically returned to us, we will contact you. You are also welcome to contact us in this case: email@example.com.

How do I find the right size for my child?

Can I track my order?
After you have placed your order and we have shipped it, we will send you an email with the shipping information and tracking number. You can track the current status of your order using the tracking number and the attached link.
Can I change my order after I have completed it?
If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to help you personally.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service: email@example.com. As long as we have not yet packed or shipped your order, we can cancel it. If a cancellation is no longer possible, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items to us within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept unworn items with a label.
How do I return my order?

Please note that you send your package to this address and not to the address stored in the imprint. We recommend that you send your package insured, so that your return is protected in case of loss or damage. In addition, you can check when we received your return. We are not liable for lost returns or damages.
How long does it take to process my return?
Your return will be processed within 14 days of your package arriving. However, we are usually much faster and you should receive your refund within a few days.
Can I exchange ordered items?
If our products are too small or large for your child, you can exchange them with us. Please note that we can only exchange items if they are unworn and labelled. If our products were a gift to your child, please note that we need the original invoice in addition to the products so that we can correctly allocate the order.
An item from my order is missing or broken. What now?
If an item from your order is missing or broken, please contact our customer service. Please send us a photo of the broken item. We will then immediately replace the item or send you the missing item.

What materials are your products made of?
Our products are made from sustainable, environmentally friendly materials that have many characteristics that are beneficial for babies and children. We currently only offer products made from TENCEL™ Lyocell. You can find detailed information about our material on the product page of each item or on the Our Material page.
What is the best way to wash my products?
You can read the detailed washing information for your product on the label. Lyocell can be washed at 30 degrees and ironed at low heat. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or bleach.
Where are your products made?
We produce our products near Porto, Portugal. The products are sewn in a small factory on site and then checked for quality. This way we can ensure that we offer you a high quality and durable product.

What makes your material so sustainable?
Our bodysuits and caps are made from 100% Lyocell. The fibre is a pioneer in the textile industry. It is made from wood from sustainably managed plantations and in a closed production cycle. This means that raw materials can be saved, reused and that the fibre can be produced in a particularly environmentally friendly way. You can read about all the properties on the Our Material page.
Are your products certified?
Yes, the materials we use are Oeko-Tex® certified.
What does sustainability mean to you?
For us, sustainability means using resources sparingly to make life better for future generations. We want to make our consumption more environmentally friendly and offer an alternative to common materials. Sustainability is an important part of our products and our whole business concept. In addition to our sustainable materials, we offer timeless, durable designs in soft colours that are packaged and shipped sustainably. This way, our products can be worn for several years without going out of fashion.
What does EVE + OLIVE stand for?
With EVE + OLIVE we have founded a fashion brand that stands for sustainability and naturalness and wants to make our consumption more sustainable and conscious. Eve translates as life or mother of life and Olive stands for peace and friendship, longevity and joie de vivre. As we feel strongly connected to these attributes, we made them the core of our brand and decided to combine these two names.
Where do the trees used to make Lyocell come from?
For the production of raw fibre, trees from natural forests and sustainably managed plantations are used that are certified and controlled according to strict guidelines. Currently, the trees used come from Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA. The material we use comes from the company Lenzing AG from Austria. All of the company's production sites are FSC® CoC (chain of custody) certified.
